Unexpected poolside charm

The pool area was a serene escape, surrounded by vibrant greenery. The exceptional staff service truly enhanced our stay, always ready to cater to our needs.

Unfortunately, the breakfast experience was chaotic and the food presented lacked quality. It felt a bit uncoordinated, detracting from the otherwise pleasant ambiance.

The check-in process was chaotic and frustrating. The staff seemed disorganized and unbothered by our long wait. Even when we asked for assistance with luggage, there were no carts available, which added to our annoyance. the room we booked was outdated with shabby furniture, which definitely did not match the hotel’s advertised standards.

Our junior suite was massive and comfy with a lovely view. The whirlpool bath was a great surprise!

The quadruple room felt spacious enough for our family. We appreciated the large swimming pool. plenty of sunbeds available made it easy to relax. Check-in went smoothly and the staff at the reception were quick and polite. Breakfast offered a good range of options that we enjoyed. the food quality during dinner was inconsistent. One night’s buffet lacked variety compared to the delicious breakfast we had the following morning. Cleanliness seemed lacking in certain areas—our room windows were dirty, and we noticed some ants wandering around. The bar service felt unprofessional, contributing to the overall disappointment. There were some concerns with the drainage in the bathroom, where we noticed unpleasant odors. It's frustrating when such issues could easily ruin the experience. While there were positives, it’s clear the dining options, cleanliness, and maintenance need attention.

Ample parking, delightful whirlpool, incredibly spacious rooms – an excellent stay overall.

Spacious room and comfy vibes

Had a blast! The room was massive and the bed felt like heaven. I could've stayed all week. The staff were super chill and helpful. Loved the bar area, perfect for chilling after a long day. Only thing was the shower could use a little update, but it worked just fine.

The pool area was nice, quick check-in was appreciated, and I loved how clean my room was. The reception team made my trip nice by tracking down my lost backpack, totally awesome!

the central location made it so easy to walk to the stunning iglesia de la trinidad and the nearby charming bullfighting museum, letting me soak in the local culture and history during my stay.
